"This was a truly magical experience! Hsing-Chi assessed our situation very thoroughly and then developed a clearly structured plan. Before, we had quite a bit of difficulty putting our 8-month-old daughter to bed - it could take up to 1.5 hours. Plus, she would wake up 3–4 times during the night. Thanks to the very structured approach, our daughter learned to sleep on her own after just one day. I guess a result this fast isn't standard, that’s why it really felt like magic! :)

我的寶寶從出生起,因為有腸脹氣的不適,常會很激烈地哭鬧,於是我和先生走上抱著他、安撫他睡覺的不歸路,再加上他是親餵寶寶,夜裡我隨時都能馬上親餵讓他睡著,一不小心就養成寶寶奶睡習慣。幾個月下來,不僅寶寶白天和夜裡的作息不規律、睡眠容易醒,我更是因此長期睡眠不足,白天連吃飯上廁所時間都沒有,即使產後四五個月,還有背部痠痛、手臂膝蓋無力等症狀,完全沒有機會能夠從生產後的不適恢復過來。
